Preorders and In-Stock Items
Once a deposit is made, the preorder cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can, however, transfer your preorder to another person if you and the other person agree with this. Please email me at BugMemoryDolls(at)gmail.com to arrange this.
Preorder dolls are considered custom items and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
I do not accept returns or give refunds for in-stock dolls sold through my site or in person. Again, dolls are considered one-of-a-kind items and all sales are final.
Casting Imperfections
Casting a doll is a handmade process; therefore, small variations and imperfections can be present in ball-jointed dolls. I quality check each doll before sending it out, and imperfections are not common. However, some results of the casting process are normal and are not considered defects. These include things like slight marbling or color variation, parting lines, seam lines, sanding marks, or other small imperfections.
